Are GTX products allowed on virtual servers?
GTX Corporation currently does not support the Virtual Server Environment.
Installing, configuring, and optimizing performance is supported solely through the providers of the virtualized solution and/or your IT department. GTX does not represent or warrant that the software will operate in a virtualized environment. GTX requires a Virtual Server Agreement to be signed by an authorized representative of your organization.
What is the best method to distribute hybrid files?
Hybrid files are the set of a DWG vector file and the corresponding raster file(s).
The best method is to use the AutoCAD ETRANSMIT command. The command will automatically include all external references (XREFs) and dependant files including raster files into the zip file.
